Lost Your BCPass Card?

  1. Immediately report a lost or stolen card to the BC Office of Security located at 225 Liberty Street, Lower Level (973-748-9000, X1366) to file a Security Report of a lost or missing card.
  2. Suspend your BCPass by logging into the Account Management Center or by calling the Bloomfield College BCPass Service Center at Center at 888-989-3534, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm Eastern Time. 
  3. Replacement cards are issued at the ID Card Center located near the Information Technology Help Desk at 185 Liberty Street.  A $10 fee must be paid prior to obtaining your replacement card.  The fee is paid at the Office of Student Financial Services, located in Knox Hall, and a receipt is issued to you. You must present your receipt at the ID Card Center before a new card will be issued. You must also bring appropriate identification.  Please refer to the BCPass Identity Verification Policy before going to the ID Card Center.
     

What if I find my reported lost BC Pass Card?
If you find your ID Card after it has been reported lost, you may re-activate the Campus Cash (BC Bucks) account if (i) the re-activate request is received within two days of the card being suspended and (ii) a new card has not been issued.  You can re-activate Your Campus Cash account at the Account Management Center or by calling the Bloomfield College BCPass Service Center at Center at 888-989-3534, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm Eastern Time.
