Applying for On Campus Housing

All Students interested in living on campus must have full-time student status (3 course units = 12 credits). With the exception of first semester students, admittance to residence facilities will be base on academic performance, good citizenship, and the discretion of the Director of Residential Education & Housing (first year/transfer students will complete a form provided by the Admissions Office an submit a $100.00 non-refundable room deposit). First year students that complete the appropriate form and remit the $100.00 non-refundable housing deposit are not guaranteed residence on campus. Housing assignments are prioritized by commuting distance to and from the College.

Residence Board Plan

All resident students are automatically enrolled in the Standard Residence Board Plan. Resident students are required to participate in the unlimited dinning plan: This plan allows a student to have continuous access to the dining hall all day with unlimited meals. Students are allowed to swipe their meal cards as many times as they choose on a daily and /or weekly basis. Any additional board rates outside of aforementioned rates must be negotiate with the Gourmet Dinning Director. All students participating in the board plan will require a validation sticker to be affixed on their student ID card. The student ID must be presented when entering the cafeteria located in Schweitzer Hall.

Monday thru Friday: Breakfast 7:00 am-10:00 am
Café Open – Station Services10:00 am-11:00 am

In addition, the cost for the new meal plan for 2010-2011 academic year is as follows:

  • Monday through Friday: $13.64 per day rate per student

  • Saturday and Sunday: $8.75 per day rate per student

Residence Mail

All resident students will be assigned a mailbox. The mailboxes are located in the Student Center and 225 Liberty St. Students residing at the off-campus site will be assigned a mailbox at that location.
