Health Clearance:

1. REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS - ALL students enrolled in a program leading to a degree must supply proof of immunization to measles, mumps and rubella (2 doses of MMR).
2. REQUIRED FOR RESIDENT STUDENTS ONLY - All incoming new and transfer students must take a meningitis vaccine prior to moving into the residence halls or any campus sponsored housing.
3. REQUIRED FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS - Proof of a negative TB testing (within the last 6 months). All positive reactions must be followed by a chest x-ray and treatment, if indicated.

Additional Requirement for Nursing Majors:
