Guests are asked to remain in their seats for the duration of the ceremony and to refrain from blocking aisles and passageways by attempting to greet or take photos of the graduates. Cellular phones and pagers must be turned off for the duration of the ceremony to help ensure that all guests can hear and enjoy the Commencement activities.

Photography: A professional photographer has been hired to capture this special moment. Please refrain from taking photographs during the ceremony in order to avoid obstructing the view of others. Commencement will be videotaped and each graduate will be professionally photographed as they receive their degree on stage. Graduates will receive proofs by mail from Island Photography (800-869-0908 or www.islandphoto.com) in 4-6 weeks. DVD and VHS recordings will be available one week after graduation at a nominal cost through the Media Center (973-748-9000, ext. 370 or Media_Center@Bloomfield.edu).
