Does your sustainability plan include the arts and culture? Sustainable Jersey, Art Pride, Bloomfield College, The Center for Creative Placemaking, Creative New Jersey, Morris Arts and The National Consortium for Creative Placemaking are offering a training session where you will learn how to connect your creative assets to social, economic and community development planning to shape more sustainable communities.

WHEN:  Tuesday, May 14th, 3:00-5:00pm

Come learn how your municipality can use its creative assets to achieve points in the Sustainable Jersey Program. This session will feature a short overview of Sustainable Jersey and its current “arts and culture” actions. Hear from Creative Monmouth, which has already established a creative team, conducted asset inventories and is developing a creative placemaking plan, and from Woodbridge Township, winner of the Sustainability Champion Award - Large Municipality. There will be time for Q&A.
