When you see Gabriella in the classroom, you will notice that she is attentive, reserved, and modest. When you see her on the soccer field she is,
in a word, ferocious. A well respected student-athlete, “Gabby” successfully balances academics and leading the Lady Deacon Soccer team for her 3rd
consecutive year. Who is Gabriella? She is one of our future leaders. She may not like the spotlight, but you can’t help but notice her glow.
Gabriella
For such a young person, Gabriella is focused on excelling on the soccer field and also in her studies. She has an internal
drive that will not allow her to settle for mediocrity. She has been on the Dean’s List, National Collegiate Honor Roll
and the National Honor Roll her entire college career. Gabriella is the 2006 recipient of the New Jersey Association of
Intercollegiate Athletics Woman of the Year Award and the United States Achievement Academy Collegiate All-American Scholarship
Award. In her spare time, Gabriella volunteers for the United Way of Bloomfield, Bank of America Make-A-Wish Foundation and the
UBS New York Botanical Garden.
Where will “Gabby” go next? She will graduate with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in
Accounting. She plans on interning with UBS with the hopes of working in Switzerland. Over the next few years we expect to see
more of Gabriella, leading the next generation towards excellence. |
