Financial Aid

It used to be that students dealt with these two challenges separately. First
came financing college. Then after graduation came the job hunt. No longer.
Today, experiential learning during your college years is vital. And campus
employment as part of financial aid, as well as internships that expose you
to possible careers and future opportunities, are major avenues that Bloomfield
College will help you explore.
Your college education is one of the
biggest - and best - investments
you’ll ever make. That’s
why we make your education as affordable
as possible. More than 90 percent
of Bloomfield’s full-time
students receive some type of financial
aid. Bloomfield College administers
more than $14 million in grants,
scholarships and loans annually.
You may be eligible to receive
one or more types of financial
aid including grants, scholarships,
loans, and work study from federal,
state, college and private sources.
A large variety of scholarships
and grants, which do not have to
be repaid, are available.
Applying for scholarships and financial
aid is easy:
- Complete the Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
prior to the March 15 deadline
and designate Bloomfield College
as an institutional recipient (Bloomfield’s
institutional code is 002597).
Meeting the March 15 deadline will
maximize your chances of receiving
institutional scholarships and
campus-based funds.
- Apply for admission to Bloomfield
College using the three-part application
form. Applicants for financial
aid and academic scholarships must
complete the Application for Financial
Aid and Academic Scholarship.
