Resident Students
Students who have been assigned
a room receive a room and board
pass from the Student Financial Services Office once
financial arrangements are made.
Present the room and board pass
to the Residence Life Office (185 Liberty Street) to obtain a room
key and meal ticket.
Payment
All payments should be mailed
or brought to the Student Financial Services Office
(208 Liberty Street) by the first
day of class.
All students must receive Student Financial Services
Office clearance in order to obtain
their class schedule, student ID
validation and room and board permit
(if resident student). Clearance
will be given to students who pay
their bill in full, set up an approved
payment plan or receive enough
financial aid to cover their entire
bill (the Student Financial Services Office will
make this determination).
Students who do not receive Student Financial Services
Office clearance by the first day
of classes will be in jeopardy
of having their registration canceled.
We offer a deferred payment plan.
Please contact the Student Financial Services Office
at (973) 748-9000 x204 for further
details.
Company Paid Students
We have established a special
Deferred Payment Plan for students
who are eligible for payment of
tuition by their employer. Please
contact the Student Financial Services Office for
details at (973) 748-9000 x204.
Financial Aid Recipients
If you are expecting Financial
Aid and have not received an award
letter, please see or call
the Financial Aid Office before
you come to the Student Financial Services Office.
Parking
You must have a current parking
decal on your car in order to park
in any of the College's lots. They
are available at the Student Financial Services Office. (See Tuition page
for current fee). You will need
to show your vehicle's registration
card when you purchase a decal.
Student Medical Insurance
All full-time students are charged
per semester for medical insurance
(See Tuition page).
Students who have their own insurance
may waive this fee. Waiver cards
are available in the Student Financial Services Office
(bring your insurance card with
you).
If you do not have your own insurance,
you must take the school's insurance
(State of New Jersey requirement).
A brochure outlining the policy
is available from the Student Financial Services
Office.
