This application must be submitted in person by Friday, April 26, 2013 to The Office of Academic Affairs, 73 Oakland Avenue.  The Office of Academic Affairs is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and is closed 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm each day for lunch. When form is submitted, it will be verified that you are on the offical graduation list and you will receive your Cap & Gown Purchase Ticket which you will present at the Campus Bookstore to purchase your regalia. Regalia may be purchased starting Monday, April 29th  - Monday, May 20th.  You may pick up your Commencement Tickets and Announcements at the Student Financial Servcies Office starting Wednesday, May 1st  - Monday, May 20th.
