Providing effective services to the public in this changing environment necessitates ongoing acquisition of knowledge and skills. It is critical that licensed professionals remain current with emerging trends in the profession to render quality services and to ensure public protection.

Bloomfield College delivers high-quality continuing education programs for those professionals who are required to obtain certain number of continuing education units every year in order to keep their certificates, or licenses active and to practice. This includes doctors, nurses, CPA, chiropractors, mental health licensed clinicians and other such professionals. Our courses are affordable and convenient for working professionals.

Continuing Education programs are currently available for chiropractors and mental health professionals, (LSW and LPC).

Chiropractic Continuing Education
Bloomfield College, in collaboration with the University of Bridgeport Health Sciences Postgraduate Education Department, is offering a certificate program that is on the cutting edge of the practicing chiropractors. In this 30-hour Continuing Education Certification Program, chiropractors can earn up to 30 CE credits toward license renewal as well as an opportunity to earn a certificate in, “Evaluation and Management Procedures for the Contemporary Chiropractor.”  This certificate program consists of six courses; however, the courses may be taken individually. CEUs will be accepted by NJ, NY, CT, NH and MA.

The seminars will highlight the current emerging treatment procedures and the best practices. Courses are taught by leading doctors and university professors with many years of practical experience.  All the courses will be offered on the Bloomfield College campus, which is conveniently located off the Garden State Parkway and within one block of public transportation.
